Commandant Starker, the ex-commandant of a 'love camp' who managed to escape punishment for his crimes returns to the site to meet the attractive Jewish woman, Lise, who captivated his attentions. There they flashback to all of the sick and perverted atrocities that occurred at the camp. Commandant Starker rules the camp with an iron fist and takes pleasure in organizing and taking part in all of the action. We soon find out about the relationship that Commandant Starker & Lise had back in the camp.
